Supreme Court requires
that detailed financial
affidavits be completed
and filed by each party as
well as child support
guideline forms when there
are children of the
marriage. These
requirements cannot be
waived even when there has
been complete agreement
between the parties. Our
charge is $700 per couple
which provides three hours
of conference time to
arrive at a settlement and
assistance in preparing
these forms. Most cases
are resolved within the
three hours of mediation
time.

an Agreement is reached,
we will prepare all of the
documents necessary for
the couple to complete the
divorce process, including
the Marital Settlement
Agreement, the Petition,
Answer and Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage
(Divorce). The fee for the
document preparation work
is based upon gross annual
family income as follows:
