Ms.
Lynnette J. Callender is training-certified by the Supreme Court
of Florida for Civil Mediation and is a certified Florida
Court-Appointed Arbitrator. She began her career as an attorney,
mediator and regional hearing officer with the state and federal
government and is an Arbitrator for the Florida Attorney General's
Office.
Ms. Callender earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Howard
University in Washington, D.C., and her Bachelor of Arts Degree
from Sarah Lawrence College in Westchester County, New York.
She
holds memberships with the Florida Bar, the Flagler County Bar
Association, The National Association of Estate Planners &
Councils (NAEPC) Estate Planning Council/FC, and was featured
prominently as Clearinghouse Attorney with the Florida Council
Against Domestic Violence.

Lynnette's
professional accomplishments include representing families
throughout the Northeast and Florida.
Accordingly, Lynnette Callender has applied her substantial
experience on behalf of people who find themselves involved in
family difficulties. There have been no limits as concerns the
types of Clients, be it men and women, children or the elderly who
have received her council and zealous representation. Lynnette has
spared nothing to argue for her Clients best interests, whether in
dependency, child support, custody and visitation, guardianships,
adoption, divorce, Court proceedings in addition to international
Family law matters.
Lynnette
Callender is a member of the Florida Bar Association Speakers'
Bureau and is a much sought after invited speaker both here in the
U.S. and internationally. Ms. Callender is an active member of local and international
charities that support health and educational services for
children and adults.
Ms.
Callender is the married mother of adult children, one son and
four daughters, she has Grandchildren and is also a very happy
great-grandmother.
